...to finish the roof? More concrete, of course. The truck was back today, and the concrete was poured (down from above) for the third-, fourth-, and fifth-floor stairways/hallways and the rooftop.
A New Start
Last week, we reached an exciting new phase of construction: work has begun on framing the apartments!
Next step(s): concrete
A major milestone literally and figuratively—concrete has been poured for the steps from the first to second floor (seen here through the newly-created hallway connecting the two buildings). In the foreground, the floor is ready for concrete to be poured.
