Changes inside and out
The apartments are being framed, and plumbing and electrical lines are being run. The fire escapes at the rear of the building have been replaced. And with the completion of the concrete stairways, there is no longer a need to climb in and out of windows and up and down the fire escapes for access to the upper floors!
